Our processing and shipping times are 24 working hours (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).

Professional orders are processed during the day and shipped the next day if they were placed after 12AM.

RESTRICTIONS

Some countries such as Syria, Irak, North Korea, Afghanistan, Somalia, Pakistan, and Iran are prohibited to import anything from AG-Tactical store due to the political tension, and conflict. We are sorry for this inconveniance.

PACKAGE CHECK

It is important to check the integrity of your package before signing and collecting it.

In fact, if it shows significant damage or signs of breaking, we strongly recommend that you refuse the delivery and return it to AG-Tactical. Our services can investigate the problem and if necessary proceed with an exchange or refund.

A few comments :

If you are located in France: 

If you notice that the package has been opened, or that it was closed with a different adhesive, please return the package to the sender by refusing delivery.

If you are located out of France : 

Packages leaving French territory may be subject to customs control.
It is therefore common to notice that the package has been opened and closed by them.

AG-TACTICAL AND THE ENVIRONMENT

In order to reduce waste, protect the environment and promote recycling, we encourage our customers to place our cardboard packaging and the adhesive in the bins provided for this purpose.

We recommend removing customs slips and other plastic adhesives to facilitate sorting.

RETURNS

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. (They can be refunded by Paypal if this payment method was selected).
The original shipping costs are not refundable in the event of the cancellation of a shipped order, withdrawal by the customer, refusal to pay customs duties, return to sender for non-recovery. However, AG-Tactical is responsible for the shipping costs for any error on its part.

 

How to return a package ?

  • Contact our customer service in order to report the issue.
  • The product must be unused in the original packaging with all accessories and documents (View Article 21).
  • Ship the package with tracking number to our customer service (address will be communicated by email).
  • After reception and the control of the package by our services, you will get a new/replacement product or a full refund.
