Tracking

In order to track the progress of your order, please use your order number (5 digits: #XXXXX) and the e-mail address you used or attached to your account.

Status information:

Completed : Your order has been processed and the shipping label prepared, it will arrive soon at your home !

Pending payment : Go to your account, “Orders” section and click on “pay”.

On hold : Your order has been placed on hold by customer service, this status concerns pre-orders or if any information is missing. Please contact customer service so that it can be shipped shortly.

Cancelled : No action is required on your side, the order has not been received, no debit has been initiated.

Failed : The order has not been received, no debit has been initiated. This is often due to an incorrect banking information entry. If the error persists, we invite you to choose another payment method.

Refunded : No action is required on your side, your order has been refunded via the payment method you selected during checkout.

Shipping in France 

Our processing and shipping times are 24-48 working hours (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).

Professional orders are processed during the day and shipped the next day if they were placed after 12AM.

It is important to check the integrity of your package before signing and collecting it.

In fact, if it shows significant damage or signs of breaking, we strongly recommend that you refuse the delivery and return it to AG-Tactical. Our services can investigate the problem and if necessary proceed with an exchange or refund.

If you notice that the package has been opened, or that it was closed with a different adhesive, please return the package to the sender by refusing delivery.

It is therefore common to notice that the package has been opened and closed by them.

Payment methods

AG-Tactical has no access to your bank details. When validating your cart, you will be redirected to PayPal or our e-transaction partner PayPlug, protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

For credit card payments, multi-factor authentication may be requested by your bank via text message or application validation.

The same procedure may be used for PayPal, where an SMS or validation via the PayPal application may be required to finalize a purchase on our website.

Returns

How to return a package ?

  • Fill in the return form with your information, your order number and any other useful information to process your request.
  • Once your request is approved by e-mail, you will only have to return the product(s).
  • Make sure the product is in its original packagingnewwith all accessories and manuals.
  • After receiving your return, you will receive a tracking number or a refund.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return to the store.

As soon as AG-Tactical receives your package, please allow 48 working hours for the shipment of the replacement item.

Please note that the return costs are at the responsibility of the customer unless the reason is related to a defective product, not complete, or an error committed by AG-Tactical.

Cancelation Policy

An order can be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped.
However, if your order has already been processed, it may not be possible to cancel it.
You can always ask to return the product by exercising your right of withdrawal.
Please note that your request must be made within 14 days.
