Art 1 – Under no circumstances will AG-Tactical be held liable if a buyer uses a product that has been sold to him for illegal or dangerous use on living things and / or the environment.

Art 2 – For any faulty products or spare parts AG-Tactical is not responsible but will endeavor to direct your request towards the customer service of the product’s brand in question and will follow it as well as the possible re-delivery.

Art 3 – AG-Tactical is responsible for the goods until delivery (authentication notice).

Art 4 – The purchaser agrees to respect the general conditions of the product sold to him (norms included).

Art 5 – Products assimilated to ballistic protections such as vests, are not delivered or sold with these protections.

Art 6 – AG-Tactical is not responsible and doesn’t accept returns of goods if these were used or degraded by the customer.

Art 7 – The customer is responsible of the integrity of the package if he use address or mail forwarding.

Art 8 – Clause of retention of title, the products remain the property of the Company until the complete payment of the price.

Art 9 – The products are delivered to the address of delivery which was indicated at the time of the order. This period doesn’t take into account the time required to prepare the order.

Art 10 – Exception to the right of withdrawal, goods made at the request of the consumer or clearly personalized (ex : Marpat Desert color, Marpat Woodland Color, NATO Woodland color) are not subject to the right of withdrawal once the order placed and started.

Art 16 – Orders will be processed within the limit of our available stocks or subject to stocks available from our suppliers. If an article is unavailable for a period exceeding 10 working days, you will be notified immediately of the foreseeable delivery times and the order of this article can be canceled on request. The Customer may then request a credit for the amount of the item or its refund.

Art 17 – Trademarks, domain names, products, software, images, videos, texts or more generally any information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of the seller. No assignment of intellectual property rights is realized through these GCS. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these goods for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited.

Art 18 – The performance of the sellers obligations is suspended in the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure which would prevent its execution. The seller will notify the customer of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.

Art 19 – In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6th, 1978, you have the rights to interrogate, access, modify, oppose and rectify personal data concerning you. By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you agree that we collect and use this data for the realization of this contract.

Art 20 – All the clauses in these general conditions of sale, as well as all the buying and selling transactions referred to herein, will be subject to French law.
