The LBT 9022B pouch is a true classic for IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) pouches.
It can be mounted on a MOLLE surface (MOLLE belt, vest or bag) thanks to its Tuck Straps.

It is also possible to slide the pouch onto a conventional belt using the 2 openings.
Release the contents of the pouch in seconds by pulling on the retaining cable!
