EPV2 Elastic Panel – 5.56 Magazine Carrier with Tourniquet and Tool Slot

The second-generation 556 “all-in-one” Elastic Panel provides a simple, low-profile solution for carrying essential equipment. The EPV2 is designed to optimize load carriage without adding unnecessary bulk to the front of the plate carrier. Its Velcro backing ensures firm attachment on compatible plate carriers without requiring a separate tourniquet holder.

The panel is also compatible with the First Spear™ Tubes system for fast and secure integration.

Capacity and Optimized Retention

• Magazine capacity: Holds three 5.56 magazines.
• Tool slots: Two narrow slots for accessories such as pens, decompression needles, Cyalume sticks, and similar tools.
• Tourniquet slot: One slot for a CAT or equivalent tourniquet.
• Elastic tension: The elastic is intentionally tight when new for maximum retention. It loosens slightly with use to match user preference.
• Compatibility notes: Smooth magazines such as GI / STANAG models insert and withdraw easily. Textured magazines like PMAG Gen3 fit more tightly and may be harder to insert or extract initially.
